These are easy workouts to do inside your room. 

  1. Squat lunge, alternating legs
  2. Elevated push up, mountain climb
  3. Back & forth pike with Push up
  4. Split squat
  5. Sprint on the spot
  6. Elbow to Knee crunch

Do each for 1 minute, 3 sets.

OMG!!! D: These are scary!! 

I’m proud to say that today was the first day that I could wake up early and ran outside :D I think in some way setting “Eye of the tiger” as our wake up alarm made it a little bit easier. lol

I barely could run 1km, and the one and only hill killed my legs. Even though I came back home a little disappointed, I was happy that I actually did what I thought was impossible: waking up earlier and exercise.

There are still two weeks left until the hubby finishes his classes, but I’m sooooooo going to run in the mornings from now on. It felt way to different than the past runnings, in a good way of course. I felt really really motivated, and about to die at the same time hahaha. 

My next goal:

Make that hill my bitch!! :p
